Mouse is so jumpy in linux, ANNOYING !! ,

Is there any possible way to get the mouse feel of windows into Linux. I really can't stand the way it jumps from pixel to pixel, especially when your resizing a window.

Is there a Resution Fix to the mouse ?? or anything like that to make the mouse feel like the way it is in windows?

Thanks guys.

same prob here

i have the same problem in red hat linux 7.2 except i use Gnome, i think it might be because Gnome uses a lot of memory and since I only have 64MB of RAM it won't run as fast, but when i tried KDE desktop it worked a lot faster. My suggestion is to try another desktop like enlightenment or something like that. You should be able to find it at enlightenment.org or something like that Hope that helps out some.
