I kind of hate myself for buying it. I am enabling this absurd pricing this generation, but I had a $100 BB gift card, BB had a $120 off promo code with 18 months no interest, and I can sell my 3060ti to recoup some cost, so I caved in and pulled the trigger.
Congrats.
Keep us posted as to how it performs with the new driver.
Been running it for a few days now. The thing is an absolute beast and it is way overkill for my MSI PS321QR 2k monitor. But I don't plan on building a new rig for at least another 4 years, so I feel with this card I am good for quite a while. I have had zero stability issues with it so far.
There is a tool switcheroo-control which you can launch applications with GPU by right clicking on the icon and choosing: Launch using Discrete Graphics Card.
Its a Gnome tool and I use it in my Slackware current installation {Gnome 42.8}.
I use @lancsuk slackbuilds
We dont know if it running ok for Gnome 41 which is the version at the moment that Slackbuilds.org repo support for Slackware 15.
If there are slackers with Slackware15 and Hybrid Graphics card (optimus) maybe you can test it if you have Gnome 41 from Slackbuilds.
If its working properly like in current @lancsuk will maintain it in Slackbuilds repo, else it will push it when Slackware 15.1 is out...
An example how it works here. Not good record but you can get the point.
By just right click user open, steam, stremio, Benchmark, vlc... and using the second card (nvidia) for those progress... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b93j5aptCLY
edit: Dont try it in Vbox its not working there...
edit2: For Gnome 42.x in current my slackpkg/blacklist has 2 packages inside (upower, gjs) thats all..

Fixed a bug that could cause VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST when using VK_MEMORY_ALLOCATE_DEVICE_ADDRESS_CAPTURE_REPLAY_BIT to allocate memory.
Disabled Fixed Rate Link (FRL) when using passive DisplayPort to HDMI dongles, which are incompatible with FRL.
Installation instructions can be found under the heading, "Additional Information" at the above link. Under that same heading you can find detailed installation instructions by clicking on "README."
