How old were you when you installed your first Linux distro?

Well, I haven't seen this question asked before, must be about the only one

Well, how old were you when you installed your first linux distro and started playing with it and how old now?

Me: 15

And i am 16 now, turning 17 in 2 months

Hmmm, might chuck in here, and what was that first distro?

Me, Slackware But then I chucked IPCop on my netserver and used that for a fair while, Slackware was just on another 'test' box which i didn't touch all that much...

I'm just interested to know how old people were, because your always hearing about these young people creating these wonderful inventions for programs, or cracking into some big company etc etc...Just wondering when everybody else started

I started with RH 7.3 last spring. I remember because I downloaded the two disk images for 7.2 and about an hour after I was done they released 7.3 which is my fault I guess. So I downloaded 7.3, and I was choked that it was three disks, but I installed it. I still have the two 7.2 disks sitting in my house, never been used. Anyone want them?

I was 25 then and I'm 26 now.
