hi thanx for comment, i have done FAH, mainly when grid.org / ud was down so as not to waste cpu cycles in the quest for betterment of human health, then i got a nig sad about some "re-runs" on UD project so switched to WCG , i am not totally commited to one particular project, foladin@home does some great stuff( with help from people like yourself) whoever has the the best dual use solution will win my cpu cycles.. i have tried a bunch and tend to have a few favourites.. the push to linux for me is not to get away from windows but to get an extra machine , sort of 2 if i can go dual core(?)mainly to do this distrib stuff, i will try both fah and wcg and /or both on a "dually" once i get one.. keep up the good work work in the health care sector
my so called "you - r - elle" LOL primtive simple workaround, even dummies like me can still put that in !!! cant put url in till 5 posts, well we shall seea about that, not quite the "open" source idea i had previoulsy heard, ces't la vie..(doh) /users.bigpond.net.au/peter.veitch/ my home page for what little it's worth ciao, the lack of 64bit distros is annoying , grrrrrr, even my isp (telstra) wont help, ie they have a nice bunch of downloadable files but the dvd size ones seem to be beyond them, oh well maybe i will by a web soucred one for about 15$ with post and handling,, have downloaded a small iso for 64bit ubuntu, wil try it 1st, i have some nice dvd's cover disks with suse and others but they are 386 versions and i am keen to go dual which i guess implies 64bit, might as well ciao
