proftpd server. If connect wirh windows explorer, directory names listing with dates

Hello
I have proftpd server on Debian 6. ftp works, i can connect using total commander, filezilla, but when I connect using windows explorer or internet explorer, they shows directories like this:
4096 May 22 07:06 Aruno
4096 May 22 07:06 Incoming
4096 May 22 08:26 Public
And, of course, if I double click on directory and try to get in, it says: no such file or directory. It exists a directory with name "Aruno", not with name "4096 May 22 07:06 Aruno"

Maybe anyone knows why it happens?
Thanks for answers.

Microsoft does not recommend and has EOL'ed both the Windows Explorer and IE as an ftp client. There are no issues with the server just with IE and Windows explorer. Use an actual ftp client.
