I had some connection errors following or during installation. Not quite certain what they were and I failed to write them down. Also, I had some "squash" errors upon the initial shutdown/restart following installation. I'm not sure that was about either. I can only assume it had something to do with these connection errors. Everything else "seems" to work ok though. Excluding the video card of course. I won't do anything until I hear back from you. Other than the errors mentioned here, we have an absolutely untouched OS to work with.

In the Control Center, do I need to enable gl support? I can't minimize my windows, for switching between tasks, while running under the current native support. Copying and pasting the text, quickly, is out of the question, unless you know another way. And something tells me you do...... :-)

I hope that was everything? I will switch back to native support and give that a try. Too, the alt F2 trick doesn't work. Konsole has not been installed. But I have created a shortcut, to the terminal, on the desktop. So all is well. It simply takes longer to access everything.
[alan@localhost ~]$ kwin --replace
bash: kwin: command not found
Compize Fussion shortcuts will not work in native mode either. I hate to retreat right now, but I need to wake up in 5 hours. I better get some rest. I will check back with the thread first thing in the morning.
