dropping dsl config after shutdown


i have to keep re setting up my dsl connection after booting back up in mandrake 9.1 also i had replace my nic card and since then i have been getting a long list of threads during the boot procs something to do with insmod output errors and portmapper failed also i had a scan done on my connection and it recommended that i adjust my tcp settings but to what i order to get a better connection
