hi iam 12345678909 from incogonito forums


hey iam 12345678909 from incogonito forums. thanx 4 inviting me here. it is a nice place post all the details here. i want 2 know whem will be the new incogonito version will be released because the older one iam having trouble with the net problems as u know it. v have previously talked about it.It dint work properly so iam waiting for the new version of incogonito with a new network manager like wireless assistant where i can manually put my ip. subnet& gateway or a new version of knetwork manager manually edit my connection. Please reply 2 my questions.

I'm afraid I cannot give you anything more specific than "it's done when it's done".

Incognito uses NetworkManager which takes full control of networking. Introducing other network control tools like wireless assistant isn't a good idea as it can result in pretty non-deterministic behaviour. That pretty much leaves the new knetworkmanager as the only option. It's still under development (and in a pretty low pace it seems) and not very stable. For instance, I cannot get it to list or connect to wireless networks. If I'm not able to fix this pretty soon I'm afraid I'll have to go back to the old version.

then i dont have nuthing 2 ask annoym! i think i will wait 4 new incogonito release .
