i can open documents stored on the local disk but any documents stored on the CIFS server i can view them on nautilis browser but i cant open them (see screenshot)
people have said if you comment out a line in the config file that reads "X-GIO-NoFuse=true" but i cant find this line anywhere in the file
also "Exec=libreoffice --writer %U => Exec=libreoffice --writer %F" but that doesnt work either
can anyone please help me out, i would very gratefull
In Nautilus can you use the left hand tool bar to navigate to Filesystem->/mnt/Public
The way I read it, you are trying to access the smb share rather than the mount point on your CentOS box. I have always used the mount point. In fact, if I try to access the share directly, nautilus can not find it!
