Trouble with mouse wheel using Slackware 11.0

simple, my mouse wheel is not working with Slackware 11.0,

i use an Acer ps2 mouse

ZAxisMapping
Hi,

Have you checked the InputDevice section for your mouse in xorg.conf?

You may need the ZAxisMapping option, e.g.

Code:
Option       "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"

Perhaps the following will help:

Configuring xorg.conf for Mice with Scroll Wheels

Or, you can try running 'xorgsetup' as root, this may fix more things as well.
