openconnect-sso dependencies on 15.0

Just dumping here an ordered set of dependencies for openconnect-sso (for SSO/SAML logins) from SBo as these are not listed there, including a few fixes to make it all work (as of January 2024):

This was just to access my company network through AnyConnect/Azure authentication,
don't know about their internal set-up. I couldn't get NetworkManager to work in this
setting so I'm glad this one worked.

It's relieving when a solution, like AnyConnect/Azure authentication, works smoothly for accessing the company network, especially when alternatives like NetworkManager prove challenging in the given setup.sso id
