openconnect asking for hostname

I just (re) installed openconnect and after entering username and password, I'm being asked to provide my hostname.

This has never happened before.

And once I do that, I get a DTLS connected message.

Does anyone know what causes this?

I realize this isn't really a Slackware problem, but I'm just completely stumped. Considering the fact that google searches for a similar problem return nothing, maybe I'm the only person experiencing this.

No one else? I've even used other distros that can connect to AnyConnect (which I can't get Slackware to do), and all is well. So it's not a problem with the gateway....

This is quite possibly the most clumsy thread I've ever created, but this is bugging the hell out of me.

I never had a problem using wicd & openconnect until the other day. After messing around with various options, I discovered it's not a problem when using NetworkManager with networkmanager-openconnect. I can set up a VPN connection with the RDP plugin, no problem. But with wicd and plain old openconnect, here's what happens -

Type command -
Code:
openconnect --script ./vpnc-script [gateway]
Then enter username & password.

Then I get the ncurses prompt for setting up a network connection. Obviously I have a network connection. And this has never happened previously.

So with the added details, I'll just ask one more time and then let it go.

Does anyone see something I may be missing?
