All he's saying is that a beta is planned at some stage, not necessarily soon.

Another interesting cryptic message is *planned updates*. I am very curious about that.

Signed up!

I liked very much the overview. I found it as genuine as possible expressing the essence of slackware

I ran PV's cryptic prose through a dobbsyan algorithm and discovered this:

Yes - I missed it as well (!) - just finished subscribing now (thanks to alienbob for the heads-up). I'm sure that the subscriptions will skyrocket once everyone's cottoned-on. As for the 'physical rewards' - knowing that this is live now is reward enough

Thumbs up

Patreon supporter #91 checking in. I was so excited to see this. I think this will be awesome for us, for Pat, and for Slackware!

Yep :-) watching it grow has been the first source of comfort since the whole store fracas was announced.

I have been worrying ever since over whether PV and his family were going to be okay. They're not out of the woods yet, but the trajectory is encouraging.

When the Patreon brings in four times more than it does now, I'll stop worrying.

Well, considering there hasn't really been an official announcement yet (just a confirmation of its legitimacy), I agree the trajectory is encouraging. Hopefully once it gets some press it will really take off.

As have I! Glad we can support Pat in a way that, you know, actually supports Pat!
