Edit: You need superkaramba, for that visit

Here you get the rpm, for 0.37-RC1

2.http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=23258
This is the source package.

Why don't you use the Gmail Notifier extension in Firefox? It's awesome! Much better than the official Gmail Notifier by Google.

abattoir:

Where did you get KDE 3.4? I tried THAC's RPM and it crashed my system.

I wanted to explore stuff like kdeedu, so i downloaded all of them, if you want to find out what packages you already have, you can do 'rpm -qa | grep kde'.
And you could download those.

Why do you ask???!!

I was trying to download from Carrol U using KBEAR. It wouldn't let me drag over the whole folder. For some reason it would drop the connection. I don't want to sit there and manually download each and every package if I don't need it. What server did you get your's from? I'm sure you just copied the whole folder via an FTP client, right?

No, i actually used wget(and left it overnight), but my connection is stable so i had no cause for worries.

Have you tried it with other mirrors? If the same thing happens for all the mirrors, maybe you are not doing something right(??).

You get that error if you try to make more than 4 connections at once. Using KBear, I could drag and drop single files, but It disconnects when trying to copy the entire folder. I have a very stable connection. I download 2+ GB DVD ISOs in the 600Kb/s range without so much as a blip, so this is unusual for me. I'll do some more looking in to it tonight. Thank you for all of your help, abattoir!

Oh now i realise why i get that error(set max connection in ff to 30 or something ).

Maybe you could try wget(should have it installed).

Just move to the directory you want the files to be downloaded into(through CLI ofcourse!).

And do

Code:
wget {path to the mirror}/*
It'd download all the packages(one at a time).
An example of simple command line magic.

Cool. I'll try it when I get home tonight. wget is new to me. I've read Harley Hahn's guide to Unix, but I'm beginning to think I might need an offline, hard copy Linux reference for the simple things. Thanks!
