Document pointed by LQ to newbies won't load

I was pointing this thread http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...threadid=20451 to a newbie that wanted to pick a distro.
The threadstarter posted a link to a document at linuxjournal in the first post, but the document no longer loads. All I could see was a blank page (tried with mozilla, firefox and konqueror, to make sure).
So, if one of the mods could either search where is the new location of the document, or post a new "which distro..." thread with new links, its a good idea, since its one of the top questions people post at newbies.

If you follow that thread all the way to the end you can see it was locked because the link is dead.
