unsaved diffs in VIM?
Hi all,
Since VIM is clearly the best editor under the sun ;-) there must be a way to do this:
Say you have a buffer with unsaved changes, is there any way to use diffsplit (vimdiff) to view changes that have been made since the last save???
I know you can do it by saving the file with a different name and then diffing; or save the file with backup enbaled and compare the new one and the backup but I can't believe there is no way of doing this without saving it to disk first?!?!?!
Thanks
Jon
