that's a fresh install? or it's the same OS that you had before?

it's the original, haven't copied the new ISO, from the other computer.

Check under /etc/apt/sources.d/, there's more than one source that is looked at, just most of the "user" defined ones are /etc/apt/sources.list

And by the looks of it, you are running the ubuntu (NOT debian) flavor of mint.
