A hybrid .iso is one that will boot from pendrive as well as a DVD.

(Seems like that is not your problem.)

In your bios settings do you have a "Post behavior>fast boot" option?

I was looking for it but I did not find it, but Iīm not sure 100%.

Finaly Iīve move the hard disk to other pc, intall ubuntu from there and moving it back for the dell and itīs working. So, problem solved.
