I'm a beginner in linux administration.
We've got a little local network in our company and recently
decided to connect ourselves to the Net with a permanent
connection (ADSL).
I installed several applications on my Linux server.
1) mail server (qmail)
2) firewall (ipchains)
3) an X-server.
the hardware:
P III 700, 20gb HD IDE, 128 mb Ram,1ethernet cards 10/100 MBits
My target is to Install Internal mail server.
And also receive mails from “Multi Home Mail Box” for my domain and distribute to users.
My problem:
I receiving mail from local server to client, But I am didn’t send mail to server mail box.
I am receiving SMTP Error.
KMail Mail Client.
Problem showing like this:

Host smtp.esoft.com for sending:
The message willstayin the ‘outbox’ folder and will be resent.
Please remove it from there if you do not want the message to
be resent.

From Netscape Client From NT Wokstation :

Port not opening,
Connection refused by server.

Before Qmail Mail Server Setup, I configured Sendmail server also.
That also same error has given.
Please help!
