Hello, today I installed zorin 15.3 core and it went fine, but after the installation finished and I restarted my pc it got stuck on the zorin os logo while shutting off.
Because of that I restarted again but this time there were lines moving on the border of the screen and then three blinking white lines and after that blank black screen, I couldn't find a solution online.
Can someone help me find a solution please ?

We need much more information.

This is most likely a graphics issue.

Is this the only OS on the system? Laptop, or desktop? Make and model.
Please tell us the type of grapics card you have.

Can you still boot the install media? If yes, can you get a command prompt? If yes, then run the command lspci, and copy and paste the results here.
