You could also try the partitioning tool. It shows you what partitions exist and how they are formatted. It will allow you to define the Windows partition as a mount point, "/windows" seems logical. You can also change volume names this was. Trick is to not check format for the partition that was changed. If you're so inclined, an advanced button will let you get at the fstab entry and make changes to it more approachable to mere mortals.
