Question Missing kernel entries

I am using openSUSE13.2 KDE. Everything runs fine but When I run diagnostics in COMODO Anit-virus it says I am missing the following kernel entries. redirfs.ko and avflt.ko How I get those entries and install them? Are they even needed?
