Now, for the Akonadi / Mariadb part, what should I do / give you as information ?
I know neither my Akonadi nor MySQL-MariaDB server starts at startup, and even when I manually start them they crash
Add another User, login to this User, does all!!! work?
And please, akonadi is a User process...
Why would I have to create another user ?
Akonadi (and all the other process) should work on my "Eric" user
And what is special in the fact akonadi is a user process ? Do I have to create that user in the user base ? do I have to create a user for every process ? that is something that should be done by YAST
OK, switch to new user, start Kontact, Akonadi starts fine ... I didn't go far, but it looks like it's working.
Amarok is working too, and Knote (Which use Akonadi)
Switch back to Éric, start Kontact, error message:
The Akonadi PIM Personal Information Management service/framework is not operational ...
