How to install the software in a specified directory on a cd?


I want to install XMMS located in SUNWxmms directory which is on the 5th cd.
How can I only install it without anyother softwrae installed on the same cd?

cd <path-to-directory-containing SUNWxmms>
pkgadd -d . SUNWxmms
