Weird dmesg output. [<c01b16f3>] kobject_register+0x43/0x50

I am using kernel 2.6.10 with a MegaRAID SATA 150-6 controller. The kernel is the one in the testing/ directory and the only changes I made was enable high-mem support and built the sata and megaraid drivers into the kernel instead of a module. I first tried them as a module and created the initrd but it didn't work correctly. Thanks for any help with this error message!

~Gian

Code:
megaraid: 2.20.4.1 (Release Date: Thu Nov 4 17:44:59 EST 2004)

What sort of errors did you experience when compiled as modules.

I'm no expert but it seems hotplug wants to load a module. Maybe blacklist the modules and reboot. See what happens.
