and decided to build and try out the 6.3-rc7 kernel.
So far, so good.
The NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-470.182.03.run driver will not build with this kernel and I had to
update VirtualBox to a more recent test build.
So far, the nouveau driver is working fine with LuckyCyborg's kde4 packages running on -current.

Usually, it is the last kernel of the year. Often that is the fifth kernel of the calendar year, but there have been exceptions, as we saw this last year.

Year 2023, Round 21.
Another batch of updates has been scheduled for release on Thursday, 20 April 2023, at approximately 12:00, GMT. If no problems are found while testing the release candidates, they might be available sometime on Wednesday (depending on your time zone).
