At the moment I'm having a problem having the normal user account start mozilla (seen here), that post got no solutions. I'm hoping to try uninstalling Mozilla and reinstalling a fresh (maybe newer if there is...I'm using the one that came installed from the Slack 9.1 install)
If there is a newer version, please tell me which one to get and where I can get it.

removepkg mozilla (I think) or just delete /usr/lib/mozilla.
With regards to your original problem, try creating a symbolic link in /usr/bin to mozilla. I think it might be a permissions problem though, and installing a new version of mozilla probably won't be a magic fix...
i'm still weary about uninstalling/reinstalling....I never have much luck with either so I'll keep holding off, as for the permissions thing, it probably is but I can't find where, look at the original post...I "ls -l'd" a bit of files...couldn't find anything.
In order to uninstall it is probably simpler to use "pkgtool" then select "Remove packages". Find the Mozilla package hit the space bar to select it then "enter" to remove any of the selected packages. If you want the newest version go to www.mozilla.org and download it. At this time it is version 1.7. Instructions for installation are located here http://www.mozilla.org/docs/end-user...lling-on-linux
and are fairly simple. If you think the problem may be user related try using the command "adduser" as root from a command line. Create a new user and see if this allows proper use of mozilla. Also maybe changing the permissions for the mozilla executable "chmod 755 directory_of_ mozilla_executable".
I hope this is of help.
I tried creating a new user...it did not work, also if you look at the link to my first post, all the permissions (unless you see one I didn't check) seem to be in order.
