Since I updated my Dropline gnome, mozilla 1.7.3 is always freezing while downloading a site's content and unfreezing after its done downloading. Any other mozilla windows are also frozen during that time. Same thing with epiphany, I thought it was a epiphany thing first but then I realized it was doing the same with mozilla. Anybody having similar issues?
no, no error whatsoever... I'm in XFce4 right now and its pretty much the same thing... maybe mozilla didn't install right I guess. I'll reinstall it through swaret and post if it make a difference.
I reinstalled mozilla and it made no difference. What library does it depend on? Its probable corrupted. I got a feeling its got something to do with my 10 button mx500 mouse being configured as a 5 button mouse. Cause the hanging always happens when I'm using the scrolling wheel or button. Does that make any sens?
edit:
Yep, I figured-out why it froze for nothing. It was because of useless Cross-office mozilla pluggins I had installe quite a while back. I deleted them and now it's working mighty well. Firefox is a pretty neat browser by the way, just installed it. Thanks for the input.
