[SOLVED] How to disable default ROX pinboard at boot under Fossa

I use fluxbox as my window manager. Doing so under Fossa creates an odd problem of having my ROX windows stuck to a corner of the screen with no way to move. I have posted about this on the rockedge forum but it appears to be down. I discovered that by disabling the default pinboard the ROX problem goes away. Does anyone know how to disable the default PuppyPin under Fossa so that it does not turn back on during boot...or is there a way to disable at every boot? Thanks for any ideas...
