updating packages after installing Mandrakelinux 10.1 Community

I downloaded "Mandrakelinux 10.1 Community" ISOs from
ftp://mirrors.secsup.org/pub/linux/m.../iso/10.1/i586

It is installed and working fine.

I am not familiar with updating Mandrakelinux using
Sotware Media Manager - Configure Media - Adding a medium.

Should I use the above ftp site for updating all the necessary installed packages?

If yes, what do I enter for:
Type of medium - FTP server
Name
URL
Relative path to synthesis/hdlist
