Lightbulb How to start applications minimised at login

Hi, im new to these forums but have used linux mandrake quite a bit now

I was wondering how to start applications minimised at login. I know the folder in the home dir /.kde/autostart is where i put my applications i want to run at login. But they do not seem to start minimised and i could not find an appropriate flag for it, like -min, which doesn't work. So does anyone know the flag im looking for?

thank you
