Question draksync keeps asking the password without going further

I am trying to sync a directory on my laptop to one on my desktop using rsync over ssh but having 'Permission denied' error. I typed the password correctly but it keep saying 'permission denied'.
I can login to my labtop with the same password over ssh but DrakSync cannot. I tried both on my laptop and desktop but ended up with the same problem. Does anybody have an idea what is wrong ?

I am on version 10.0 official and 'rsync' service is available in /etc/service file.
