ok then cool, so i just login is root and launch XFdrake in text mode, change the driver..(wat driver to change to)?? then go to XFree 3.3??

You may have to crack the case and get the exact chip set off the video card unless you know it. I would try to use the current XFree but if it blows up go through the process and again and try 3.3.

ok so it says on the chip S3 Trio64 V2 /GX < i find that in the list?

Yes it should be there just be sure to set the color bit depth to 15 bit. You had 24 bit in the config you posted an thats too high.
