I have a weird problem regarding this part of the process:

Quote:
add the following line in /etc/modprobe.conf
install fglrx /sbin/modprobe --ignore-install fglrx && { /sbin/modprobe nvidia_agp; /bin/true; }
Something (!?) seems to randomly delete the install line from my modprobe.conf file. It all worked fine at first but after a few reboots i was stuck with mesa again. After lots of coffee and aspirin i found out that the modprobe.conf is changing back to "normal" every so often and i have'nt the slightest idea why.

any ideas?
