and yet in the forum post list it has 'Today 03:46 AM'
Why? All screenshots are taken when not logged in to avoid profile time zone interference.
Give it a while. The forum as always had issues at daylight saving changes - probably only for non-USA, but just a wild stab in the dark. Eventually resolves for me.
