Though in at least as many cases as not, a post being "moved" to a more appropriate forum seemed rather useless, it may be a neat idea if the original forum it was moved from. For some reason I alway wonder this.
I also wonder that. But, why would you want to announce a chap's blunder? And if someone were to disagree with the mod's decision to move the thread, the therad will become a grounds to express views, which might turn nasty.
Most of the time when a mod moves a thread, they usually give a reason why its moved and where it was moved from, at least I do. So we really don't need an indication of where it last was, to me that would just be a waste of resources that is irrevelant to the thread itself.
