Without this site all my linux distros would be in a big burning pile in my driveway, thanks LQ for being so great, and thanks to all the members who answer questions and help people. It people like you who keep linux alive.

I got myself registered as a Linux user

Wow, when i registered the site was at 90,000 or something close. And now there is 150,000 thats 60,000 new members in less than a year! That is quite an accomplishment! Congrats, LQ.

I was away from the computer for a few months, and I come back to LQ better than ever.

I would like to thank everyone who helps make this board what it is. It's the attitude of the users that makes it what it is, not the number.

And, about the counter in the profile bar, I would use it...
