[Cannot] remove draft blog entry.

Trying to “physically remove” a draft entry in my blog, which does no longer have a reason to exist – the entry –, I am informed that I do not have the right to do it.

Whatever procedure will make me advance in this endeavor, your hints are welcome.

... not that it mattered much, of course.

Can you still edit the draft? Edit out what you want to unsay, or already have said, then save it.

The draft is no longer needed. In this very case, it was a test and the test is over. Nothing worth publishing. I can ignore it easily for now or forever. But that does not appear “right” in a way.
I will edit out all the contents and see what happens, if anything.

Never mind.

When editing a post, once you click "Go Advanced" you should see the option to "Delete" near the top. Is this not appearing?

On LinuxQuestions.org, this is an option of the posts that you place in the Forum, rather than the Blog. In the Blog, they called it “Physically Remove Message” and made it part of a functionality which comprises “Do Not Delete Message”, too. Both are combined in a radio-group and the latter is – quite ingeniously – selected by default.

Editing out something and leaving the minimum 3 characters or something else does not change the behavior. I even allow JavaScript from LinuxQuestions.org. Each time I am informed that I have no right to “access the page”, which can only refer to a page showing the result of my action.

But the action is never performed and I do not care to see the result elsewhere than in the blog.

But hold it... I do not care much anyway. This shall not take too much energy. I just thought it may be part of a commonly encountered scenario and somebody would have an idea. Let it rest, if not.
