Smile zimbra has no install.sh file

I am trying install Zimbra for the first time.
I got the zcs-3.0.0_M2_740-src.tgz from the official site.
I have got a guide and it does tell i will get a install.sh file when i unpack the source
But nothing as such has happened. I just got ZimbraLicenses,ZimbraBuild,ZimbraCharset,ZimbraSer ver,ZimbraWebClient,
ZimbraNative,ZimbraCharset,Ajax,Third party.
I did not get install.sh.
Anyone please guide me through details.
Thanks in Advance
