trouble with a mounted ISO

Ok, Im not sure what I am doing wrong here. I have mounted other ISO's without to much trouble(just learned how to do it yesterday) Anyway, this particular ISO is giving me trouble. Here is what I did. Any help would be great

dsl-XX-XXX-XXX-XX:/home/XXXXXX/Torrent Downloads/SC3U-Lin # mount -t iso9660 -o loop SC3U.iso /mnt/iso
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/loop0,
missing codepage or other error
In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
dmesg | tail or so

And this way also

dsl-XX-XXX-XXX-XX:/home/XXXXXX/Torrent Downloads/SC3U-Lin # mount -o loop SC3U.iso /mnt/iso
mount: you must specify the filesystem type

I did try it that way, that was the way I did it on my second try and it told me that I needed to specify a file system. Iv never had an ISO tell me that before but then again, Im still new at this and havent mounted to many ISO's. Ill keep researching this and checking back here. If I find a solution ill be sure to post.
