Printing from Mozilla creates 200Mb files in /var/spool/cups

Hi,
I'm using RH9.0, cups-1.1.17 mozilla-1.5, and a HP 820Cxi. I have tried to print the page found here: http://www.apec.org/apec/member_economies.html and this results in the creation of hundreds of files in /var/spool/cups totaling over 200mb! Also, I have printed similarly simple pages in mozilla before which has resulted in the filling of my harddrive (7gbs used by mozilla printing!) Has anybody run into this before, or does anybody have any fixes to suggest? Other program printing seems fine. Also, cups quotas don't seem to affect mozillas printing for some reason.

TIA!
Mike

Correction, no matter what I print, it takes over 100mb to print it! Any ideas? An example is printing a 175kb pdf file which takes well over 5 minutes, bogs down my system (2.8ghz 512mb ram, 7Gb remaining on HDD) and it requires over 100mb, does not make any sense!

Thanks!
Mike.

I just tried to print an image from gimp that is 61.2Kb, and it never printed, and took up 730Mb before I killed cups!

argh I really don't know where to go from here.
