Unhappy looking for csh or tcsh help

I am new Linux user who has 25 years experience with UNIX and k-shell. I love k-shell because of its ability to log and recall recently used commands for easy repeating or editing. It looks like Linux does not have ksh, but it does have csh. I guess I have a two questions:

1) Is ksh available for Linux, and if so, how do I get it?
2) If not, should I try and use csh or tcsh?
3) How do I recall and edit commands entered in csh and/or tcsh?

Thanks in advance for your help!

You can get ksh at http://www.kornshell.com. However, I recommend using bash. You just have to use the arrow keys to go back in your command history.
