konsole problem: "Unable to open a suitable terminal device"

I was messing with my /dev directory and made it's backup. After copying files from the backup directory back to the /dev directory, i'm unable to start konsole (it's crashes with "Unable to open a suitable terminal device" error message); XTerm isn't working too, it just doesn't starts, but under the root everything is working fine. Please help! Any suggestions acceptable.

No, you are wrong. I made a backup to save all permissions! Maybe Linux restored not all of permissions, but i tried to copy backup for few times.
By the way i've got the Fedora Core 1.
