add "open terminal here" to context menu

im running ubuntu on my system and im wondering how can i add a "open terminal here"-type of shortcut to a context menu when browsing folders, or anywhere i guess. is there a quick way to have this button accesible when i right click to bring up context menus?

I'm using Fedora 3 and it already has that feature. If you right click on a folder
Select: Actions > Open Terminal Here

KDE 3.3.1-2.4FC3
Konqueror 3.3.1-4.3.FC3

but ya.. im on ubuntu and it doesnt have that, when i tried SuSE it had that feature, i believe.. which is where i came up with the question, because i think that feature is pretty handy.
