Do you mean "Is there a way to create QT GUIs in Java?"?

A 'java gui' would use AWT or Swing. Qt is a toolkit for creating GUIs and is written in C++...there may be Java bindings available for it, I don't know.

I'm not aware of any...but creating a swing GUI isn't particularly hard to do in just plain java source code, providing you plan properly and lay your code out well.
There's a swing tutorial on the Java web site. http://java.sun.com not sure where on there, but it's there!
Presumably you can already code in Java?

If you want to create swing or awg, GUI's you can download netbeans ide, free!! you can get netbeans along with the java sdk from sun. good look using their site though its a pain in the butt.

also the main site for netbeans is
