Hi b0uncer
I had already looked in the config editor but didn't find the correct variable. My initial google searches did't turn up anything usefull and in the gnome-help forum nobody replied to my question. This is in fact the only place where someone gave me some pointers on where to look.
I'll use google's linux database again for answers and will post when I've got success. Hopefully the option wasn't removed, otherwise I'll need to seek the help of coders to get it patched back in :!:
Has the Gnome devel team
removed other options before, or did they just
hide them?
I detest rigid menus, they should
always follow my mouse, just as it's on my Amiga computer, in BlackBox, FluxBox and in KDE.
Thanks for your response
