Post catch all inbound and outbound emails


i need to set up a email server that redirects all emails both inbound and outbound to a email account.
now i use qmail email server on a debian 3.1.a, but i have no ideea on how to do that
if any of you have an ideea please help me

For inbound I use procmail to redirect to various mboxes

fetchmail -> procmail (+spamassassin) -> mbox

I'm not sure how you would do this for outbound though. I use mutt for email and it's possible to save a copy for the user sending before sending via sendmail, but that's as much as I know to do.
