broken apt repo?

I've just installed Debian Testing and installed a few other apps but now my apt seems to be broken. I can't seem to get it fixed. Here's the output when I run apt-get -f install:

root@falcor:/var/cache/apt/archives# apt-get -f install

I've tried the clean, autoremove, purge commands as well as dpkg-reconfigure -phigh -a which I found through google searching. This is a brand new install on a new hard drive. Any ideas? Should I just reinstall? Maybe I used a bad netinst disc?

Lightbulb

The fastest install would be install again but w/ Squeeze. Rock Stable and no worries about breakage......
