Alt-Tab and Alt-F4 in Fluxbox?

I'm using Fluxbox 0.1.14 (0.9.x is really slow for me, and I want the stable version), and I'd like to make it more intuitive.

Is there any way that I could set Alt-F4 to close a window, and Alt-Tab to switch like it does in Windows? Right now, it's just scrolling through the windows, and Alt-F4 is just going to Workspace #4. I know than in Fluxbox 0.9.x, Alt-Tab works like it does in Windows...how do I duplicate this?

Thanks!
