Videocard trouble

I have a Maddog Prowler 64tv card AGP 2x/4x compatible

During install my monitor was probed and found correctly but when my card was probed it ws not deteced and the only driver out of the list that would work with the card was the generic vga support
I tried most all the other drivers tring to see if one would be compatible with my card No such luck
The best it will display is 800X600 in like 16 color mode nothing else. It will not allow me to change it during istall to anything else always comes back up as that.
The ctrl alt +/- does not work at all
Is there a way I can manually set the drivers?

You may need to get the SiS drivers off their website. I have the built on audio and nic and I will have to do the same.

For drivers and info go to http://www.winischhofer.net
Thats where the xfree drivers for sis-graphics come from.
I got a 730 chipset and use a 620 driver for initial setup.
